Installation Process
Another shipment of Shade'N Net structures on their way to somewhere in the U.S.!
After all underground lines have been properly checked for, the new home for your Shade'N Net structure begins.
Depending on the size of the structure, the footings can get pretty large!
Once the holes are safely dug, the rebar re-enforcement cages are put into place.
Following the rebar, comes the actual footing cage.
For the Shade'N Net systems, hot-dip galvanized anchor bolts are always utilized. Quality first, always!
For direct bury applications, ( no plate / footing cage ), it's important to restore the concrete to it's original condition
With Shade'N Net, respect for the clients' property is always an utmost concern!
For our Extreme-Span structures, cranes are necessary for installation due to some of the massive components utilized.
Safety Column Pads ( also manufactured / supplied by Shade'N Net ) are a nice addition to a column when there are little ones running around!
