UV Shadecloth is made of a UV stabilized high density polyethylene using a Rachel knitting process.

Shade netting meets the following fire resistance tests:

Stitching and Thread
Our shade canopies are sewn with double stitching using GORE Tenara Sewing Thread manufactured from 100% expanded PTFE: mildew resistant exterior approved thread. Our sewing thread meets or exceeds the following:
a. Extremely high strength, durable in outdoor climates
b. Treated for prolonged exposure to the sun
c. Flexible temperature range
d. Very low shrinkage factor
e. Resists flex and abrasion of netting
f. Unaffected by cleaning agents

Shade Net Warranty
Shade netting is warranted for a period of 8 years against fade, mildew and mold degradation as a result of UV exposure, except the red shade cloth which is warranted against fading for 3 years.
